Hello Nirush!

It is tough to get a seat in good NITs with your mentioned rank. If CSAB special round counselling is done then only it is possible to get at least any lower NIT, otherwise it is tough to get even one of them. You may get GFTIs for sure in special round.

Hello dear!!!

I think 11 thousand is the category rank of you and with that rank you may have have higher chances in getting a NIT seat. But the seat depend on what branch you are opting for. Some NITs may not offer you core branches like CSE to get into their universities. So my suggestion is that you opt for counselling and wait for all rounds.
