Hi Saumya,

YES. You could definitely do Bsc agriculture if you have done your 12th from Biology. However, you must have to have a minimum marks of 50% in your Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In fact, Bsc agriculture is one of the most sought after professional course today.

For BSc agriculture admission you either have to give entrance examination of some universities or have to be in the merit list of those colleges.

Here is a list of the exams you should be checking out:

  • ICAR
  • EAMCET
  • KEAM

Following is a list of colleges you must look for as college matters a lot for a professional course, try to take admission in one of these only:-

  • UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES, BANGALORE
  • GOVIND BALLAV PANT UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, PANTNAGAR
  • ODISHA UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, BHUVANESHWAR
  • SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY, KOLHAPUR
  • INDIRA GANDHI KRISHI VISHVIDHYALAY, RAIPUR

HOPE THIS HELPS.

ALL THE BEST. THANK YOU.
