Dear aspirant,

as per your query ,No a failure candidate in 12 th is not eligible .

Candidate who is in class 12 and will appear for board exams in 2019 can apply. However he/she should have passed qualifying exam with requisite marks at time of first counselling.

Dear Malavika, unfortunately you are not eligible for appearing in NEET if you haven't completed your 10+2. Having said that, if you have already appeared for Supplementary exams and are awaiting results, you may appear for NEET, provided the results would be declared atleast by the time of admission. But if that is not the case and you haven't appeared for supplementary exams yet or if they are after June, you cannot appear in NEET.
