120 marks in JEE with OBC category are very well sufficient for one to get into a decent NIT with a decent branch.

On a thorough basis, I would say that you would get branches like Civil, Chemical or Mining and Metallurgical at northeastern NITs like Silchar, Sikkim, etc.
