12.5g of sodium chloride was dissolved in 250ml of water. Find the concentration of the solution in gL^-1

Dear student,

Here, mass of solute is = 12.5 g

Volume of solvent is = 250 ml = 0.25 L

Now, Concentration = mass of solute in g / volume of solution in L

= 12.5 / 0.25 = 125*100/25*10

Hence Conc. = 50g/L
