Hi there!
Yes, Biology, 10+2 PCB students (without maths), 10+2 Commerce and 10+2 Arts students can appear in the NDA written exams held twice in a year. However, they can apply only for OTA i.e. Officers Training Academy (i.e. Army). As its a competitive exam, and you have to focus lots on Paper 1 Mathematics.
