Hello Dear,
For appearing 10th and 12th again with some other name is not a wise decision according to me. Your obsession for IIT is good but wasting your 3 precious year is not good. Yes IITs are the best institutions but they are not the universe. Its better to take admission in any good college and work hard there to get placed in a good company will be a correct decision.
For IIT-JEE you are allowed to give exam only two attempts. And your first attempt is counted as the appearing year of class 12th. The second attempt will be over in the next consecutive year of your class 12th passing year. Whether you appear or not, your attempts will be counted as over.
