Hello Prem Ranjan,

You should go for B.Sc. because B.Sc. is of 3 years duration course whereas B.Tech. is 4 years duration course.

B.Sc. will cost you less than B.Tech.

If you pursue B.Tech then you have only one more advantage than B.Sc. that is, you can do job in engineering field. Other things are almost same.

If you are looking for job in State government department, UPSC, SSC then B.Sc. plus Preparation for these job will be more beneficial.

Hello,

There's no connection of getting government job hrough opting for btech or bsc.But i will recommend you to go for Bsc course as you will get a lot of time to prepare hard for Government Jobs exams while you won't get enough time in Btech course.
