12th Madhya Pradesh English medium boards are CBSE and ICSE. But you didn't mention which board examination pattern you want to know. But I'll tell you both don't worry. CBSE board have total 26th question it's a normal criteria. But some times it will change. There present very short answer type questions, short answer type questions- I, short answer type questions- II, long answer type questions. Some have 1 marks, some have 2 marks, some 4 marks and some 5 or 6 marks.
