Sure you can get admission after qualifying NEET even if you have pursued your 12th from private. Minimum eligibility for NEET exam is 50% aggregate score secured in higher secondary with biology, physics, chemistry and english as core subjects. Any candidate who have passed their 12th with age of 17 or above can appear for NEET upper limit age hasn't been prescribed yet. Also their is no limits to number of attempts as well.

Yes even after doing 12th from a private school or as a private candidate you are still eligible for Neet examination provided you
must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
And after qualifying Neet examination you can get a seat in a medical college for MBBS depending upon marks or Rank obtained by you in NEET
