As you have not mentioned for which course you have applied for JEECUP. I'm assuming that you have applied for B.Tech Lateral Entry (General Category).
As per the previous years data you can get admission into following government colleges:
1. Government Polytechnic, Mahoba
2. Government Polytechnic, Lakhimpur Kheri
3. Government Polytechnic, Barabanki
4. Government Polytechnic, Bareilly
5. Government Polytechnic, Agra

You have not mentioned about any exam, I have predicted that you are asking about the neet exam.
Sure u will get there is a chance. I saw neet 1st round results pdf in that many not some of them many of them who got 130 are get seat in govt quota.
