With the declaration of NEET results, the qualifying cut-offs too have been released against respective categories which as as follows;

You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General/ews 50 720 - 147
UR-PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So , you being a student from general category requires at least 147 marks to qualify Neet 2020 examination
So, with 146 in neet examination, you have failed in Neet exam
