Hello Aspirant! With this rank, it would be difficult for you to get any NIT/IIIT under JOSAA. You may get your home state NIT but chances are low. You can try for GFTI's as you may get lower branches in some of them. Try participating in the CSAB round as in JOSAA it's not possible.

You can try in other state level counselings as well.
You can take a drop and prepare well for next year or try in other private colleges with management quota or by direct admission. Some of them are:

UPES, Dehradun
Brainway University
Quantum University
MIT, Manipal
etc.
