It is not possible for me to say anything about your chances of getting a seat in BHU in Maths hons with just your marks as I would need your rank and category as well. However I can tell you the ranks till which the people were called for counselling. If you have got  a rank below 2400 then there are high chances that you will be called for counselling and, according to last few years, getting a rank around 1000 has high chances of getting a seat.
