Dear aspirant,

According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to convert this rank into percentile.

There are various methods to do this but i will show you my method with an example.

Suppose there are total 1L candidates in your particular shift who have given the examination. You just have subtract 16676 from 10 L which will give you 983824. Then you just have to divide with 10L and then multiply with 100 which comes out to be 98.3 percentile.
