You have a chance to get medical private college but I'm sry to say this, that you have no chance of getting government college either you are belonging from any cateogry

With 169 marks you are eligible of getting admission in medical college ..But with 169 marks, their is no chance of government college..

General category cut off is 147-700score
General-PH (physically handicapped)cut off is 129-146
SC,ST,OBC cut off is 113-146
SC, ST, OBC, PH cut off is 113-128
Accordingly you can see your rank can be fit to get seat

As you have mentioned you had got 169 marks in neet 2020 and haven't mentioned your category so I am assuming you as a general category candidate . At this marks it's very tough to get any mbbs seat . But you can try for BDS , BhMS or any else doctor related field there are chances of getting you a private college in that field but mbbs look tough .
