Yes you have little chance of getting government college but you have to attend the councelling till last round/wait for your seat till last round...rest depend on your category rank, no of H students in your category..

Hello

If you belong to St handicap quota then you have moderate to low chances of getting a govt medical college as the cutoff for handicap quota usually goes down. However you can get a private or deemed colleges on a easy  call as compared to govt Colleges.

It is difficult to get admission for you in govt. Medical college but you can get admission in private college but the fee structure of private colleges is more that 20 lakh.
