Yes, you can surely do MCA after PCM because the basic requirement to pursue MCA is that you should have maths as one paper in your graduation and you must have passed bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks. Sometimes in starting that you would not be feeling comfortable with all of the computer terms but later as you study, you would find them understandable.

Master of Computer Applications is a 3 year Postgraduate program but if done in integrated mode then it can be completed in 2 years with valid recognition.
Yes definitely if you did your UG program in B.Sc. PCM then also you are eligible for admission to MCA course and the eligibility criteria of different universities might vary in some regards but the common eligibility criteria for admission to MCA is given below :-
******** Candidates must have completed their UG program in BCA/B.Sc /B.Com or a similar stream and should have scored minimum 50% marks in the Undergraduate examinations.
******** Mathematics should be a compulsory subject in the 10+2 grade.
