Semester are internal matters of the college which is not disclosed publicly. You can ask your teacher to provide you the question paper. They will give you if they have.

Else you can search for papers in the board webpage under which you college is affiliated. They keep all these stuffs stored in the database and the board will have all the details. You can ask your seniors how they collect previous year papers for semester from the webpage.You can follow the same process to get.
