So as per your question, it seems that you were eligible to get admission in a college in the first cut off itself but you didn't choose to take admission there. And now you want to take admission in the same college but in the next cut off. It seems difficult to get admission now in that college. Delhi University has clear instruction about this case, if a candidate refuses to take admission in the first cut off in spite of being eligible and applies for the same college in the second cut off then he or she can only secure seat on the last day of admission that too if seats remain vacant otherwise not. Also, this can vary from college to college. You must contact the college administration to get clear about your queries regarding the same.
