Yes first round registration fee is only needed for second round neet counselling too. You don't have to pay twice for the neet counselling registration.If you didn't get seat in round 1 then you are eligible for round 2 neet counselling. The seats vacant are filled by the selection of candidates from round 2 counselling.

The mcc will release round 2 neet counselling registration on November 18 to November 22.

Although the registration is fresh and you can make fresh choices, if you have already paid for round 1 , then you don't need to pay for round 2 again.
