1) Admission criteria on state quota is to pass 12th from the same state you wanted to apply state quota for,there are 50% reserved seats for state students.

2) Csab councelling is for the seats which remain vacant  after all rounds of Josaa councelling. Both are different councelling but conducted for same colleges.

Csab councelling is conducted after all the rounds of Josaa councelling.

3) Home state of Nits is  the state from which you have passed your 12th examination and Nits in this state will be your home state Nit

4) As you are not cleared the cut offs,So you are not qualified for Josaa and Csab counceliing.
