Hello aspirant,

A one year experience is acceptable because post b.sc nursing is actually Post Basic B.Sc . Nursing (P.B.B.Sc.) is a 2- year undergraduate program pursued for candidates interested in the field of Nursing . A qualified RN (Registered Nurse ) is capable of administering preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative services to patients and communities at large.

Hope this helps you, feel free to ask more questions.
