Force of gravity=(G*m*M)/(distance of separation^2)
Since it is given that m2>m1, therefore if they are thrown with same force and at same angle, m1 will go higher, because the opposite force that is the force of gravity being directly proportional to the mass of the body, earth will exert less attaractive force on m1, when compared with m2, therefore, m1 will go higher, as compared to m2. Provided all physical conditions remain constant.
