Honestly, you wont get admission to good college but you can get admission, risk will be that seats dont get filled earlier.

Any college which is situated in delhi Only .. maam i just wanted to ask u that should I go for counselling procedure or I should apply in private university because maam my rank is 20000 and I am from outside delhi .in previous Year cuttoff also max Rank was 15000 which they have given .

YYou have to take admission them you need to wait for 3rd counselling round and on the other get yourself register in other colleges also after roll back your admission if you get admission to ipu.
