Hello, sir I got 60 marks in AP.eamcet and 9.79 in IPE intermediate with out reservation can I get seat for AG.bsc in a govt.college

The eligibility criteria for Bsc. Soil Science and Soil Conservation courses is, the student should have scored at least 50% in the 12th board examination from the recognised board in PCM/PCB subjects. Some of the colleges in india providing these courses are,
1. Agricultural College and Research Institute, Killikulam.
2. Assam Agricultural University, Assam.
3. Bihar Agricultural University, Bihar.
