The admission for BA in 2019 is closed by September. You can apply for admission in 2020.Admission process starts from the month of February onwards, all the top rated universities has entrance exam which takes place in the month of April,May,june.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you haven't mentioned the name of the college in which you want to get admission for your ba, let me know it so that I can help you with the dates but in case if you are asking for ba admission in DU then DU will release DU 2020 BA application form in the last week of May, in online mode . While filling the DU BA 2020 application form you have to select their course preference, as per the order of priority, from the drop down box available there. Last date of online application submission will be Fourth week of June 2020. Mostly Universities start their admission process in the month of May-June after declaration of 12th results. But IGNOU gives the chance of admission in January Session also.

You can apply for that.
