Its fully depends on ur category.

if u have reserved category student..or have financial problem.

Then ur jee main rank is very good. U can easily get best branch in best college(NITs) according to ur choice.

A general category students also get core branch after top NIT's.

.and no need to go for bits campus. Bcoz fees of bits campus is very high (approx.2,50,000 annually)

And no reservation policy in bits bcoz bits have private college.

Maybe civil/chemical branch mil sakti hai bits pilani..if u r really interested in bits then goa and Hyderabad campus also.

in BITSAT you can get BIT Hyderabad campus with Civil, chemical, Mechanical(maybe), Manufacture engineering etc.

With Jee-main rank(23500), you can get government college in your home state, as well as NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.but in NITs/IIITs branch, may vary and you get a less valued branch like chemical, manufacture etc.
