Hello,
It totally depends on the authorities of college,HRD ministry.Some governments have already cancelled the semester exams in their states.
But as in a letter to Union Higher Education Secretary home ministry permitted the conduct of examinations by Universities and Institutions,their are higher chances of exams to be conducted.
