I hope you are doing fine, No there is no problem intaking drops to prepare for Entrance exams. your performance and wisdom is tested not the years you have taken as drop for preparations so study properly. When you get admission in good college, try to build a good personality and take parts in different events. That will boost your interaction and communication skills. Also do as much internships as you can. This will give you work experience. Recruiters see these things and not how much you took drop.

Yes you can drop. You have the opportunity .
It will not creating any problem in college . You should use the chances . You can continue to sit in the placements with all of the others and that would not be a problem. But during the interviews you would be asked the reason behind droping twice. You should give a reasonable answer for that. You can easily Overcome that by the hardwork and show that your determination was which lead you here and you are here to prove a point.
IIIT B should be least that you must be reaching. But, make it a point and work hard go get into IIT/NIT/IIITs. You must be knowing all the mistakes you make. And you have a final chance to make it right. If you think negative the same happens. Just think in the postive way and everything would change by itself. And if you still think that bad luck is the reason why don't you consider a partial drop. Atleast you wouldn't pressurize yourself too much.
Here is a tip for you - Inorganic requires a lot of practice. Make a short notes of everything you read so that it becomes easy for you to revise after reading that topic. And also while reading the concepts highlight the important points you find in the chapter.
It would be completely dependent on you and your hardwork. But I say that make a point not to repeat the mistakes you made. This is your last chance so use it properly.
