hello vinod,
I would like to tell you that there's actually no difference between them.If you apply for this after 12, you get 2 year polytechnic diploma. If you apply for this after 10th, you get 3 years of polytechnic diploma... If you apply for this after 10th, you get 3 years of polytechnic diploma.
