Hope you're having a good day.
Ofcourse you can take admission in any diploma engineering program after completing your ITI course. But for that you'll have to apply for polytechnic placement test and qualify it. And then only you can take admission in any diploma engineering course of your choice on the basis of your score and merit.
Since your domicile state is west bengal, you have to give JEXPO (joint entrance examination for polytechnic) conducted by West Bengal State Counselling of Education (WEBCTE) every year to enroll in diploma engineering courses.
