Hello Kratika

Based on previous year cutoff rend and considering your rank you have good chances of getting into government college. In general, you need a score above 420 for SC category to secure admission in government college. You can also check cutoff at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-mp

Yeah there is chance of upgradation in future rounds of counselling..
