Though your intermediate result is quite well I'm Sorry to inform you that Delhi University does not accepts students for it's undergraduation courses with more than 2 years of gap and as you already have 3 years of gap i don't think you could get admission in Delhi University. Hope this might help you.

3 years Gap is like dropping a 3 year Graduation.

U should be aware of Academics.
