Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college. The cut off decides the seats and minimum marks you require to qualify any college merit list. For admission in any bams or bhms college you need to score 400 and above. Your marks doesn't match the requirements . But do not lose hope as their are many private and deemed universities waiting for you. The counselling process just needs 45th percentile to appear in it and you have crossed it. You can appear in the counselling process and wait for them to allot you a good college.
