I am extremely  sorry to tell you but you cannot get into Government Medical College even if you belong to SC category with just  350 marks.

For example,

In Neet 2019, lowest marks that got a government medical college for SC category under Maharashtra  state quota was 423 marks and it was for Government Medical College and Hospital, Jalgaon

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least around 450 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination
