- The NEET cut off varies from year to year, state to state and as well as college to college. It also depends on the Quota you are applying through as well as the Category of Admission. Government and Private Colleges have cut-offs of their own.
- Assuming you are applying through the 15% All India Quota under OBC Category for a Government Medical College, the cut-off for NEET 2017 was Rank 5922 which corresponds to a score of approximately 500 marks out of 720. For a Government Dental College, the cut off was 10,891 which is approximately a score of 460 marks out of 720.
- This year there will be an increase in cut offs and the expected cut off for governement medical college is 550+ where as for private Medical college, it will be 500+. For Dental colleges, the cut offs will be around 450+.
- Your chances may be better in state quota. But 360 is quite low for the competition of this time. All the best!
In bds,you got very good chances. But not in Mbbs. All the best
