Unfortunately 2,38,236 is a giant rank and due to limited seat availability you might not be able to get Govt. Medical College in MP. However, from what i could find, through your ST Quota and Category Rank you can apply for these colleges :
- Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar
- Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences
- Gajra Raja Medical College Gwalior
- Gandhi Medical College Bhopal
- Government Medical College, Datia
- Government Medical College, Khandwa
- Government Medical College, Ratlam

Yes, you can get the Shahdol Medical College, since last year closing rank in ST category was 274047 at 290 marks.
