At first try to balance the equation. In your case it is very easy to balance the equation. Then apply PRINCIPLE OF ATOM CONSERVATION method which is popularly know as POAC method.

Let us say if we apply POAC on oxygen atom. We know that KclO3 has three oxygen atom on the reactant side. And on the product side O2 is present that is two atoms of oxygen.

According to POAC method you can write

3×moles of KclO3 =2× moles of Oxygen

By this you can simply find find what is asked in the question. (assuming that the molecular mass is known)
