With this rank and score, it seems difficult to get into any government medical colleges in Delhi. You need to at least score 500+ as a SC category candidate. You can check the previous year cutoff for Delhi top medical colleges here: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-du .

As per the last year cut off of New Delhi 2019 counseling to different government seat, your chances seems low.
The last rank to secure a seat in SC category under State Quota in different colleges was around
44635 (Closing Rank) - University college Of Medical Science, New Delhi
32746- Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi.
64759- Lady Harding Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi.
As cut off this year is even higher than last year, I will suggest you to prepare for a year more to give it your best shot next year.
