Hello Rajat,
Your JEE Mains percentile is very very low. You cant get admission in government colleges based upon your percentile as you have scored very less marks and your rank will be too high. Admissions to government colleges affiliated with state government universities are done only one the basis of rank scored in respective state engineering entrance examinations.
