With this percentile or rank, the chances are very less that you will qualify the exam. But don't loose hope. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the final cutoffs after the 2nd exam(which is going to be held in April) results are declared i.e.after April 30. Till then you have to wait.

Meanwhile, prepare for the 2nd JEE Mains and other Engineering exams.

In any case, the next round of JEE Main Exam is going to be held in April, only after which the final results including the cutoffs, percentiles and ranks, for all categories, will be announced; I advice and also request you to kindly wait till April 30th.
