Yes ofcourse you can apply for admission in Karnataka through All India Quota. The marks you have scored would achieve a probability of NEET rank between 92095 - 94595 and obc category rank between 37677 - 39677. Thus you can have options in Karnataka like JSS Medical College and Hospital, Mysore or Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore for MBBs programme in round 2 or mop up rounds. For BDS, you may get Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore.
