As Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education ( APSCHE )  hasn't released the official cut-off details for this year till now, so we have to follow the previous year's cut-off informations for making any decision regarding your admission possibilities. Hence it's obvious that since you're a OC (CAP) candidate it's just impossible for you to get admission in any kind of Government instituions in Andhra Pradesh because to grab any government seat you've to secure atleast 16-17k rank in AP EAMCET 2020 where your rank is far behind from that.

So it's better to leave the hope. But your rank is perfectly suitable for two or three private colleges in Andhra Pradesh, if you wish you can go for it.

One thing I can mention here that if you've utmost dedication in this regard, then you should drop this year and try for a second attempt in next year. However think about it.
