It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year. with 385 marks in neet and you are from obc category it is very difficult to get seat in MBBS. But you can definitely try for BAMS because there is possibility to get a seat.
