Hi, here I'm providing the answer for your question.

The formula to find molarity is, M= n/v

Where, M=molar concentration

n= moles of solute

v= litres of solution

4% (w/v) means 4gm of NaOH in 100ml

The molecular mass of NaOH is = 40

So molarity=4/40 * 1000/100 = 1M.

Therefore, the molarity is 1.0m
