4 YEARS ECE or 5 YEARS DUAL COURSE ECE which is better in Kharagpur iit.

Hello!
A 4 years is always preferred in comparison to 5 years course if you are getting in the same branch. If you have interest in opting for higher studies after B.Tech then you can proceed with dual degree. But if you are not confirmed, then go for having a 4 year course and then take time to decide if you want to opt for the same course for masters or go for a different stream.
