According to your percentile, 40 percentile means having a rank of almost 60,000. The chances of getting KIT college is very less but you never know the cutoff keep changes every year because cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors.
