Hi

It's quite difficult to predict marks which is sufficient to get into a medical college as cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

When we look at previous year trends,  in neet 2019, 384 marks was the lowest marks that was required for sc category for  getting a  seat in COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL under West Bengal State quota

You can check the same at :-

So , yes being from SC category with 400 marks you can get into COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL

Thank you
