Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling for 15 % seats . You have not mentioned your state so I am suggesting you considering you as an general category candidate. Based on previous year's cut off some of medical colleges of Maharashtra  you can get through state counselling for 85 % states are( governments are tough so some private colleges)
